Visit the booking page for your service provider (e.g. lime-of-time.com/book/your-business), choose your service, date, and time, then enter your contact details. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Contact your service provider directly using the phone number in your confirmation email. You can also use the manage link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Open the gift link sent to you by email or SMS. On the gift page, tap "Book with this Gift" to apply it automatically to your booking. The gift card balance will be deducted from your total.

I'm a business owner — how do I get started?

Download the Lime Of Time app from the App Store or Google Play, create your account, and follow the setup wizard to add your services, staff, and availability. Your public booking page will be live within minutes.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can submit a data deletion request at lime-of-time.com/api/legal/data-deletion. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
